On request, we’re happy to provide you with an individual offer for a stay in the alpine chalet. Simply let us know the number of people and the desired date and we will be happy to prepare an offer for your mountain holiday.

The Museummobil Card combines the free use of all public transport in South Tyrol with free entry to over 80 museums, collections and exhibitions.
In the Ahrntal Valley entry to the following museums is free: Mining museum Predoi and Cadipietra, Taufers Castle, museum of minerals, Nativity museum, MMM – Messner Mountain Museum and many others. Also included for you as our guests of a member of the Tourist Association is a varied weekly programme and discounts on many additional services.

Visitors are awestruck by the sight of the masses of water tumbling through the gorges. It is here that we would like to show you the brave art of traditional Alpine walking: With the alpine walking stick – we call it Zintstecken – you will cross small obstacles, balance in steep sections along the slopes and hear stories and legends about the mysticism that surrounds you in the forest.
Leisurely on the bikes without big climbs,
so you can ride along with parents, children, grandmas and grandpas. The highlight comes at the end: Together with a guide of Kreaktiv you will climb up to Taufers Castle and abseil you down 40 metres from the highest castle keep. Thrills, unforgettable and yet suitable for the whole family.

All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 2,40 € per person per day (aged 14 and over)
Arrival and departure
Please include in your plans that the chalet on the day of arrival is ready to be moved in at 13.00 p.m. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to move out some time around 09.30 a.m.
Important
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay.
